Best suited for clamping & machining thin walled rings which have stringent ovality& circularity tolerances. In conventional chuck clamping the workpiece will be squeezed due to clamping forces applied on OD, which causes circularity issues. All 3 surfaces , Outside Diameter, Top face & Inner diameters are machined in one setting which improves the relative accuracies.

Changing Molds in a Injection Moulding machine is high time consuming & laborious task which creates fatigue to the operators. During the Mold changeover the machines will be idle, so the productivity is lost. Earth chain offers Electro permanent magnetic chucks for Quick Mold changes.

High powerful magnets are mounted on either sides of the Moulding machine. Molds are quickly clamped & declamped. The conventional mould change consumes lot of time like an hour is reduced to couple of minutes with less effort for the operator.

Proximity switches are incorporated to detect the presence of Molds on the magnetic chuck surface, magnetic gauss sensors are equipped to monitor the magnetic flux rates.
